Park Overview
Namtok Phlio is a scenic national park known for its lush forest landscape and its namesake waterfall, Phlio Waterfall, which cascades into a large, clear pool. The park spans approximately 134.5 square kilometers, offering visitors a serene escape into nature. Established on December 19, 1975, it has since become a popular destination for both locals and tourists.
The park's main feature, Phlio Waterfall, is surrounded by a variety of tropical flora and is home to a unique species of fish that inhabit the waterfall's basin. Visitors can enjoy the natural beauty along well-maintained trails, picnic areas, and historical sites, including a chedi (stupa) and pool built in honor of a queen from the Ayutthaya period.
